Golden sugar Bakery is a home bakery known for its innovative and impeccable cakes and desserts for every occasion, from small intimate gatherings to large corporate events. For the past five years our team of experienced artists and bakers have helped hundreds of clients, from corporate events, to brands, to out tri-state neighbors- make their cake dreams a reality.

Meet Our Head Chef
Born in New York, one of the baking capitals of the world, Sabrina studied at the internationally renowned Culinary Institute of America. She studied gastronomy and Oenology before graduating with her bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry and Restaurant Management.
As the youngest of many apprentices in her parents' multiple world-wide businesses, Sabrina has long had a close relationship with both her entrepreneurial spirit and her baking and pastry creativity. Thanks to these experiences, she was also successful after graduation, training with talents like the Carlos Bakery "Cake Boss", Buddy Valastro, and Ron Ben Israel, among other renowned chefs. Sabrina has honed her skills and stayed ahead of the curve, implementing state- of the -art techniques in trends from the pastry and baking industries into her work.
Her entrepreneurship has led Sabrina to success in her first business venture, a rapidly growing New York bakery that opened in 2022 in the home of where her parents started their business. To date, she has survived one of the toughest business year in recent memory while launching her latest business venture called Mocktina NYC, a custom Mocktail Catering company for all occasions
